Ashley will be leaving Hollyoaks later this year, it has been confirmed. I couldn't believe it when I found out, Amy is such a great character. In an interview not too long ago, Ashley said that if this happened, she would like to get a normal job. It's a shame she won't continue with her acting, but I have to respect her decision. Emily, who has been helping me, agrees too. I've loved having the only site on her for the last 3 years, and having Emily and Nicola help with screen captures has made the site what it is today, but it's time to let the site go and let Ashley lead a normal life again.

I don't know how long the site will remain here before it goes. Thanks to everyone who visited, who emailed me with sweet comments, and most of all thanks to certain members of Ashley's family, who gave feedback at one pioint.

I really don't know how I let the site get so empty, but I have had a lot of work recently in real life, I have a course which requires me to learn six languages, two of them 100% fluently. Due to this added stress, I have had some health problems, but nothing too serious. Emily has so many screen captures, which I had downloaded, but something happened to my old laptop and I lost all the files I was going to upload. I literally lost EVERYTHING, so I have to work hard and get everything back. Ashley did attend the British Soap Awards, so I'm on the hunt for some good images at the moment.

I know I'm a little behind, and I haven't updated for a while, but I have my reasons. I have loads of screen captures to add, all thanks to a very wonderful person! I will be working on adding them to the site soon, and there are loads, so please be patient with me.

Like I have told everyone before, Amy is finally back in Hollyoaks! It's so great to see her back, and she looks fantastic. From what I've heard, Ashley has no plans to leave Hollyoaks in the near future, so we'll definately be seeing a lot more of Amy Barnes. I'm really excited to see what storylines are in store for her.

Amy is due to return in ther next few weeks for the funeral of her sister Sarah, who was recently killed off the show. Personally, I am sad to see Sarah go, I thought she was a great character.

I know there haven't been updates, but it's extremely difficult to get motivated where there are hardly any new photos of Ashley, and no news to report. Since she is back soon, let's hope things can pick up again. I really hope they don't kill off the remaining sister.
